Questions, answered
Do I need a WhatsApp Business API account?
No. By default EasyBooking prepares each message and you send it from your own WhatsApp with one tap. If you have a WhatsApp Business (Cloud API) number, you can connect it and messages are sent automatically.
Can customers get a reminder before their appointment?
Yes. Choose when — 1 to 3 hours before, on the day, or 1, 2 or 7 days before. With your own WhatsApp Business number they're sent automatically; otherwise they appear on your dashboard, ready to send in one tap.
How does the free trial work?
You get full access for the trial period with no card required. If you subscribe during the trial, your paid period starts when the trial ends — you never lose trial days.
Which payment methods can I use?
KNET, Mada, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay through MyFatoorah. You can pay for 1, 3 or 12 months.
Can my customers get messages in Arabic?
Yes. Each customer has a preferred language, and their messages are written in it. You can also edit the text in both languages.
Can several staff work at the same time?
Yes. Each team member has their own column, services and working hours. Two people can be booked at the same time, but never one person twice.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are prepaid and don't renew automatically, so there's nothing to cancel — just don't renew.
